Independence policy

Published before anyone offered money, and binding on every commercial conversation LedgerRate ever has:

• No paid placement. Rankings, rate cards, and charts can never be bought, sponsored, or influenced.
• Evaluation fees buy testing, never scores. Any future certification fee pays for the work of evaluation. It has no effect on the result.
• Results publish regardless of outcome. There is no option to suppress an unflattering result.
• Funding sources are disclosed. Any commercial relationship with an evaluated vendor is stated alongside results.
• Methodology is public and versioned. Every number is a measurement under a published methodology, with raw logs released per edition. Errors are corrected loudly.

All benchmarks run on independent infrastructure against public model APIs with synthetic data. No vendor supplies test content.
